
Cancellation policy
When you make your reservation we will ask you for your credit card details to secure your booking. We will not charge you, but will do a pre-authorization with your credit card company for the value of the first 2 nights. Please note that we will not charge you, you can pay upon arrival as you wish with the creditcard of your choice or in cash.
If you want to cancel or your reservation, or change it in any way, please do so by email or fax. We DO NOT accept telephone changes or cancelations.
For cancelations the following fees apply:
- more than 1 month before the scheduled arrival date : no charge
- between 1 month and one week before your sheduled arrival , one night will be charged
- between 1 week and 2 nights (48 hours) before your scheduled arrival date: two nights will be charged.
- between 2 nights and the day of scheduled arrival: 2 nights or 50% if booking is for more then 4 nights will be charged. (if however we are able to rent out all the cancelled nights, we will refund you the 2nd night, so only charge you one night). However, if we manage to rent the room to another guest, we will credit you for these nights.
- For no-shows/last minute cancellations, Dutch law allows us to charge the full value of the booking. However, if we manage to rent the room to another guest, we will credit you for these nights.
All prices are in Euro's. For rooms in the hotel, we gladly accept payments in cash, Maestro Pin, Visa, Mastercard, and (with a 3% surcharge) American Express. For rooms outside the hotel, i.e., apartments, we only accept cash payments. We do request payment, in full, at check-in time.
